Summer Projects

Summer Projects
Engine repairs – all finally fixed and running; injector timing was the key. Engine insulation replaced – a great indoor activity of scraping out the old and creating a pile of dust, then gluing in the new.
Hot water – Peter removed the port hot water tank and re-plumbed the galley sink to the starboard tank, saving weight and power.
Watermaker – sold the old one and Peter completed the installation of the new Stella;  first TDS test reads 200 ppm – drinkable water, Yay!

Galley sink tap, which had corroded to no longer swivel, replaced with a shiny new swivel mixer tap.  Galley wench very happy J
